We’re seeking a dedicated HR Administrative Assistant to join our Nestlé Business Services Office, where you’ll play a vital role in managing employee data with precision and care.
Key Responsibilities

Handle daily administrative tasks to maintain accurate employee records.

Ensure timely and accurate data entry and updates in SAP, adhering to HR processes.

Manage payroll records, including variable and recurring payments.

Facilitate country reassignments in SAP, transitioning employees from home to host countries.

Maintain organized record-keeping, including filing, purging, and following retention schedules.

Prepare standard and ad hoc reports as needed.

Conduct pre-employment checks for new hires.
Skills for Success

Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Familiarity with SAP is a plus.

Effective leadership and people management skills.
