We’re seeking a dedicated HR Administrative Assistant to join our Nestlé Business Services Office, where you’ll play a vital role in managing employee data with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry and updates in SAP, adhering to HR processes.
  • Manage payroll records, including variable and recurring payments.
  • Facilitate country reassignments in SAP, transitioning employees from home to host countries.
  • Maintain organized record-keeping, including filing, purging, and following retention schedules.
  • Prepare standard and ad hoc reports as needed.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks for new hires.

Skills for Success

  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • Effective leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in French is an advantage.
