Role Purpose
To achieve zonal key performance indicators (revenue, reloads, distribution, and sales) while expanding market share.
Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
- The Regional Sales Manager drives revenue growth in the region by executing sales strategies that convert airtime into reloads.
- Oversees the distribution of Telecel’s airtime, ensuring distributors, DSAs, and Associate Distributors meet Telecel’s distribution KPIs.
- Manages acquisitions (Mobile, Telecel Cash, SOHO & Fixed) and ensures subscriber growth targets are achieved through collaboration with freelancers and retailers.
- Identifies and develops acquisition channels while ensuring Telecel Cash distribution KPIs (float & liquidity management, active agents) are met.
- Conducts product knowledge training for agents before launch and as needed afterward.

Must-Have Technical/Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience in sales, distribution, or related roles.
