About the Role: Technical Trainer
The Technical Trainer designs, delivers, and implements technical training programs to enhance product knowledge and ensure repairs meet the required standards set by manufacturing companies and the MAG group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical reference point for the team, addressing complex challenges and providing guidance on processes and procedures.
- Gain a solid understanding of organizational policies, regulatory codes, and work procedures, ensuring compliance with mandatory standards.
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze data to create standard reports.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet productivity, quality, and timeliness benchmarks.
- Use financial systems to monitor and analyze data.
- Deliver advanced product and service information to relevant stakeholders.
- Record and manage custom or special orders, coordinating with appropriate teams for successful delivery.
- Prepare data analytics reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and execute training programs to address identified gaps in technical knowledge or processes.
- Provide troubleshooting solutions for complex issues, ensuring prompt fault isolation and resolution.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
- Prior experience in a car dealership is essential.
